Order
Reward levels and add-ons can be changed at any time during the campaign duration.
If you would like to upgrade your reward level during the campaign, please reopen your order and select the new reward level of your choice. During the payment process, you will only pay the difference.
If you want to choose a reward level that costs less than your initial participation, you can proceed in the same way. You can then either spend the overpaid amount on add-ons or request a refund from the project owner.

If you have not yet received your reward, double check your account is all set up and there are no outstanding payments or errors in your shipping address.
Make sure you read all updates a project manager might be posting about the state of his project in case there are any delays.
You can also contact the Project Manager directly if you wish to inquire about the project and planned delivery schedule.
If a project doesn't reach its funding goal by the end of the campaign, the project won't be going forward and won't get produced.
In this situation, two cases can happen:
- If the project has the payment option "you will be charged only if the project has ended and is fully funded", your pending payment will automatically be canceled. Nothing will be charged.
- If the project has the payment option "you will be charged instantly when placing your order", the project creator will have to issue refunds through the payment services used (Stripe or Paypal) after the end of the campaign. It can take some time as it has to be done manually for each order.
Project managers are responsible for issuing refunds. Game On cannot be held responsible for any part nor can they act as a mediator in any dispute. Read more: ToS
In rare occasion, even if the project doesn't reach its funding goal, creators can decide to still go forward with the campaign and produce the game with the funds raised and take charge of the missing amount. In this case, backers will be informed and the fulminent process will take place as usual.

These badges are then displayed in the comment areas of the projects!
Community
The bell allows you to highlight a message if you want to draw the project manager's attention to it (either because it contains à very important question or some content that needs to be moderated). The message will then be highlighted for the project manager.
