We are selling our Exploration board game stock remained after KS campaign. It means that the number of copies is limited, but games are ready to ship. We need between 3 and 5 working days to process and prepare your package and then it usually takes up to 5 days for delivey.
You should recive your game up to 2 weeks from your order!

Terms of sale
The terms of sale ("ToS") presented hereafter apply to any purchase of products on the site https://www.gameontabletop.com/ You ("You" or the "Customer") and the company Ply Games Damian Korus, whose registered office is located at Piłsudskiego 74/320, 50-020 Wrocław, Poland whose VAT number is PL8863007526 ("We", "Ply Games").
The ToS are accessible at any time on the Site. They may be subject to change. The modifications made to the Terms of sale shall apply as of right on the date of publication on the Site. The validation of your order is tantamount to the unconditional acceptance of these ToS.
Section 1 - Price & Payment
1.1 For orders to the European Union, the prices of our products indicate all taxes included, excluding the cost of shipping and handling.
1.2. For orders to countries other than the European Union, you are the importer of the goods concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and to the overseas territories, customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or taxes of state are likely to be due. These rights are not within the purview of Ply Games. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and agencies in your country. We advise you to learn about these terms with your local authorities.
1.3. The products remain the property of Ply Games until full payment.
1.4. The available means of payment are: PayPal or Stripe. Your payment card details are securely stored with our payment service provider.
Section 2 - Availability
2.1. Unless otherwise stated, the products presented on the Site are available.
2.2. In the event that the products ordered are unavailable, We will notify You by email. We will proceed to cancel your order and, if necessary, to reimburse you. The unavailability of a product does not give right to any compensation, except for the reimbursement of sums already committed in case of cancellation of the order.
Section 3 - Shipping
3.1. The products are delivered to the shipping address that you specified during the ordering process.
3.2. The games are sent by our logistic partner in the 7 days following your order. In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent. In this case, you have the possibility to cancel your order as long as the product is not sent.
Section 4 - Refunds
4.1. You have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to return the product if it does not suit you. Refunds of products will be made within 30 days or less after receipt of the products by us.
4.2. Returns have to be sent to the logistic partner that shipped your order, and after approval of our support team. To get approval please contact via email. You must return the product to FlexLS, Pass 20k, budynek 905-870 Błonie, Poland. Return costs will be at your charge.
4.3. Returns must be in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals ...) and in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
4.4. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
Section 5 - Product compliance
5.1. We are committing to exchange the products apparently defective, damaged or that do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you for agreeing to make a detailed statement in writing or by email.
5.2. If only part of the product is defective or damaged (for example a box cover or a rulebook) we reserve the right to send a replacement for this part only, without making a complete exchange of the product.
5.3. The photos on the site are provided only for illustrative purposes.
Section 6 - Applicable laws
6.1. This contract is subject to Polish law. In the event of a dispute, the Polish courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relations.
